Program Description
The Encore List is a recurring text messaging program from Encore Park, 2225 Connector Dr, Dallas, TX 75220. Subscribers receive promotional and informational messages about opening announcements, invitations, event updates, and early access.
Opt-In and Consent
You join by submitting your first name and mobile number on the signup form at encoreparkdfw.com and checking the SMS consent box. The box is not checked by default. By checking it and submitting, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from Encore Park at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply and are billed by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages.
